That depends on the application of the units.  There are 3 rent/lease options.

a fee for the usage of the lockers; under most circumstances, there are            only minimal transportation and set-up charges incurred by the event
organizer. This program is typically used to service the general public
           guests and attendees.
         • Daily Lease Contract. This is a program in which the event organizer

pays a daily rental rate for the unit. The locker unit is made available
to the events guests at no charge. This program is typically used as
a value added service to corporate guests and /or participants at
           the event.
         • Long-term Lease. This program is typically utilized by local, state, and
federal governmental agencies. The leasee is responsible for the care,
upkeep, and maintenance of the equipment.

Our standard trailer unit houses 3 different sizes of lockers(12"h, 18"h, 24"h) to accommodate the varying storage needs and requirements.

How safe are the locker units?
Our units are very reliable and safe.  Each key is cut to have a combination of 1 in 16 million.  So the likelihood of someone other than yourself getting into your locker is nearly impossible.

How much advance notice do I need to reserve a mobile locker unit?

We appreciate as much advance notice as possible to fully accommodate your specific needs.  We require a minimum of 14 days notice.  If that is not possible, we will do everything we can to service your event promptly and efficiently.

Yes.  Each of our units has its own power generation source to power the token machine and lighting on the unit.

Do I have to maintain or supervise the unit during an event?
In almost all cases, no.  A Stow-N-Go attendant will be on duty to assure that your guests are serviced with the highest quality.  Only in the case of a long-term lease would you be obligated to maintain or service the unit.

How much time after the event do I have to remove the contents?
Typically, our attendants begin to pack up the unit 2 hours after the conclusion of the event.  To retrieve contents thereafter, you would have to contact our corporate office.

If I forget to get the contents out after the unit has left, how can I get them back?
After each day’s event, our attendants check to be sure that all the lockers are empty.  If there are contents left behind, our attendants ‘bag and tag’ the items.  In order to retrieve the items, the locker renter is required to fill out our online Content Retrieval Form.  Additional charges may be applicable including Lost Key Fee, Service Fee, Shipping and Handling Fees.  The fees must be prepaid prior to shipping the contents.

What do I do if while at the event I have lost the key to the locker?
Speak with the attendant at the unit regarding your situation.  You will be asked to complete our Content Retrieval Form.  There is a $48 Lost Key Fee.  Once these conditions have been satisfied, the attendant will retrieve the contents from the locker.
